A Central Balkan National Park Directorate employee gave a lesson to students at Ran Bosilek Elementary School - Gabrovo

On May 10, an expert from the Park Directorate expert gave a lesson to 65 third-grade students at Ran Bosilek Primary School in Gabrovo. The topic was "The tireless worker bee", which is part of the Directorate educational program 2024.
The children learned the benefits of the bee, the types of bees, their habitats and characteristic features of this useful insect. Issues related to the damage caused by human activity on bee populations and their importance for plant reproduction were also discussed. The children also actively participated in thematic games, showing good knowledge of the topic and finally everyone deservedly received souvenir gifts, and their teachers each received a set of the Directorate's educational packages.
