A Central Balkan National Park Directorate expert conducted a lesson to Ran Bosilek Primary School- Gabrovo 3rd grade pupils. The lesson took place on April 30 with topic on "Food Chains in the Wild', which is part of the Directorate's 2024 education programme.
72 pupils from three classes participated in the activities. They received knowledge about the types of animals according to their eating habits, basic information about the structure, meaning and function of food chains and food webs. The children also participated in thematic activities, learning about the animal species inhabiting the Central Balkans and their place in the food chain.
