The activities of the Visitor Information Center "Vezhen" are suspended indefinitely

By Order No. RD 168 of 04.07.2025 of the Director of the Directorate "Central Balkan National Park" in connection with a fire, the Visitor Information Center "Vezhen" (VIC Vezhen) is closed, and visits by outsiders to the center for the purpose of education and interpretation are suspended.Term of the introduced restrictions: from 04.07.2025 until the building is restored to a condition safe for residence of persons and intended use.
In the area of the VIC "Vezhen", subject to compliance with the norms and regimes of the protected area, the use of the play facilities built outside the building, the "green" outdoor classroom, the "Central Balkan - an oasis of wildlife" exhibition, as well as the tables and benches, is allowed.
