Water as a source of life.

The diversity of plant and animal species related to the rivers and water reservoirs in the Gabrovo region was emphasized. The children showed a lot of knowledge and gained new ones about animal behavior, survival strategies and their role in aquatic ecosystems. Available materials and techniques supporting the study and monitoring of animals in relation to their conservation and protection were shown. The activity ended with a game in which the students knew species living along the rivers by their markings and appearance. We parted with a promise of new meetings related to getting to know the nature around us.
