Mountain peak Opasniat Zab (The Dangerous Fang)
ABOUT OPASNIAT ZAB
Opasniat Zab (The Dangerous Fang) is the most often visited of the places surrounding the town of Teteven. The reason for this are the mountaineer’s shelter, the improved and well marked mountain trail and best of all – the wonderful panoramic view of the town and the ravine of the Vit River. In 1959 the Teteven tourists built a mountain shelter, which is burned to ashes today. Its complete restoration is imminent.
