The Central Balkan National Park Directorate removed an illegally parked camper from the territory of the National Park

On October 30, in accordance with the Order No. RD-PAM – 1/05.06.2020 of the Director of the Central Balkan National Park Directorate (CBNPD), an illegally parked truck (camper) was removed from the borders of the Central Balkan National Park.
The camper was located in the immediate vicinity of the tourist route Panitsite - Rai hut, where it was illegally parked in 2020 for the purpose of selling food and drinks.
In the same year, inspections were carried out by park guards, for which finding protocols and an act establishing an administrative violation of the legal entity that parked the camper were drawn up.
On June 5, 2020, the Director of CBNPD issued an Order for the imposition of a compulsory administrative measure for the immediate removal of the illegally parked vehicle. The legal entity that placed the truck appealed the measure imposed on it before the Administrative Court - Plovdiv, which confirmed the Order of the Director of the National Park Directorate. By a Resolution of the Supreme Administrative Court - Sofia in early August this year, the decision of the Plovdiv Administrative Court was finally confirmed. As of this month, the person who placed the truck has not taken any action to implement the coercive measure imposed on him, which is why the Park Directorate proceeded to implement the Order for the forced removal of the camper from the National Park.
